Booking Information
We will require the following:
- A completed booking form
- A deposit of u00a31000 per passenger (non-refundable) payable by bank transfer
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
- Non-British passport holders must have permanent residency, work permit, student visa or settlement visa
Deposit: GBP 300.00 per passenger (non-refundable)
Balance Due Date: November 15, 2026
Baggage Allowance
Cabin: 1 x 7kg (56cm x 45cm x 25cm)
Checked-in Baggage:
• 2 pieces @ 20kg per piece – for Children and Adults
• Infants have ZERO baggage allowance.
Important Notes
Please note that in the event that the Saudi authorities reject your visa application, the visa fee is non-refundable and an application for an Umrah visa will have to be made at an additional cost. Saudi Waiver Visas can only be applied for by British passport holders.
