The group leader ‘Amr’ went above & beyond at every point to ensure everything was to a good standard, particularly when our first hotel at Medina was not what we expected in many ways. (Quite unlucky & a shock to all, seeing as the hotel was used previously in the past with no issues, but had recently dropped in standards). Nonetheless he made the effort to go himself & try get us moved to a different hotel (which was not what we were expecting at all - in other words we thought we would have to deal with it for the time being). The whole trip was well planned, with day trips in both Mecca & Medina, including all ‘must visits’, giving us all wonderful knowledge of all the historic places. Both hotels were amazing & literally steps away from the Haram/Mosque in both cities. Was so thankful to be blessed with this opportunity to perform Umrah with an amazing group.
